Two boxes, never mixed
Your Congas empties go back in the same box they arrived in. That box is for Congas cylinders only.
Other brands' cylinders. Any sturdy cardboard box that holds the weight and closes properly. We don't send boxes or labels.
Protect the valve with its original cap, or wrap it in paper or bubble wrap.
Good to know
Collection is free and only happens together with a Congas order.
Handing over other-brand cylinders doesn't change your order's shipping: €5.95 on orders below free shipping; the 4-cylinder pack ships free.
The credit is not cash or a discount on the current order.
Your Congas cylinders still belong to Congas and are on loan. Their conditions don't change.
Your Congas cylinders: two different situations
The courier delivers your full cylinders and takes the empties in the same visit. Same box, no cost.
You only pay for collecting the cylinders you have at home, €10. If we haven't received a cylinder 12 months after delivery, €12 per cylinder is charged to your account.

Does it cost anything to collect my other-brand cylinders?
No. We collect them for free with your order.
How many cylinders can I hand over?
As many as you have. There's no limit.
Can I send them without placing an order?
No. The courier collects them when delivering an order.
Can you send me a box or a label?
No need: use any sturdy cardboard box you have at home.
I forgot to tick the box. What now?
No problem. Tick it on your next order and hand them over at that exchange.
I declared them but couldn't hand them over (or the courier didn't take them)
No problem. Declare them on your next order and hand them over then. The credit is added once we receive them.
When can I use the credit?
Once we've received and checked the cylinders. It's for your next purchase, not the order being delivered.
