Returns of CO₂ Cylinders

Only Congas cylinders that are unused and sealed with their original cap are eligible for return.

New, unopened cylinders with original cap

Used cylinders cannot be returned

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

No cash refunds are offered for CO₂ returns; instead, you will receive store credit for future purchases.

💡 Store credit never expires and can be used for any product in our store.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your bottle or any product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Garantía: In these cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
