By origin
- First-party cookies: installed directly by Congas Ibérico, SL from the congas.es domain.
- Third-party cookies: installed by external providers (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopify) that provide services on our behalf.
By duration
- Session cookies: automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
- Persistent cookies: remain on the device for a defined period, from 30 minutes to 2 years.
By purpose
- Necessary / technical: essential for the site's operation. Do not require consent.
- Analytical: help us understand how you browse and improve the site. Require consent.
- Advertising: allow us to show you personalized ads. Require explicit consent.
3. Necessary cookies (without consent)
They are essential for the site to function correctly. Without them, it would not be possible to process purchases, maintain the cart, or manage customer access. They do not require your consent according to article 22.2 of the LSSI.

4. Analytical cookies (require consent)
They allow us to understand how users interact with the site, which pages are visited most often, and what the purchase funnel is like. The information is statistical and anonymous; it never identifies you personally.

5. Advertising cookies (require consent)
Installed by our digital advertising providers. They allow us to measure campaign performance, create custom audiences, and show you relevant ads on external platforms. They require your explicit consent.

6. Consent Management — Consentmo
We use Consentmo as our Consent Management Platform (CMP). When you first visit congas.es, you will see a banner where you can:
- Accept all cookies (necessary + analytical + advertising)
- Reject non-essential cookies (only necessary technical cookies are installed)
- Customize your preferences category by category
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie preferences panel in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
7. How to manage cookies from your browser
In addition to the Consentmo panel, you can control or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect the website's functionality.

8. International Transfers
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and may process cookie-related data in third countries:
- Google (Analytics 4): USA — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): USA — SCCs and equivalent mechanisms apply.
- TikTok: USA / Singapore — SCCs and appropriate safeguards apply.
- Shopify: Canada / USA — Canada has an Adequacy Decision; for the USA, SCCs apply.

Congas Ibérico, SL may update this Cookie Policy to adapt it to legal, technical, or service-related changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with the update date visible in the header.
