♻️ How cylinder returns work
You request a refill
When your cylinders are empty, you can order from your account on congas.es with a single click.
You prepare the return
Place your empty cylinders in the return box included with each order. No packaging needed.
CTT picks up the empty cylinders
The courier will collect the box from your home. Without additional cost.
We deliver the new cylinders
Once the box with the empty cylinders has been delivered, the carrier will deliver the full cylinders. The full cylinders cannot be received without the delivery of the empty ones.

❓ Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are 2-4 business days from the day after the order is placed. We work to minimize the time between order and delivery.
Do I have to return the cylinders?
Yes, as long as the cylinders are part of the Congas circular system. They are designed to be reused. Returns are free and hassle-free.
How do I find my nearest pickup point?
After making the payment, a screen will appear where you can select whether you want the delivery to the indicated address or to a nearby drop-off point.
I have a problem with my shipment
