Launch Giveaway — Congas Starter Pack

Article 1. Organizing Company

This giveaway is organized by CONGAS IBÉRICO S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company"), with registered office at Calle Cecilia Böhl de Faber, s/n, CIF B22696223, registered in the Mercantile Register of Malaga. Contact email: social.media@congas.es.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

Article 2. Purpose and Goal

The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the launch of the Congas Starter Pack, the brand's first selection of products for enjoying sparkling water at home conveniently, sustainably, and economically.

The giveaway is conducted exclusively through the official Instagram profile @congas.es and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Article 3. Prize

The prize consists of a Congas Starter Pack valued at €225, which includes:

•       1 Congas sparkling water maker

•       2 Congas CO₂ cylinders

•       2 Congas water bottles

 

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services. Should the winner reject the prize or be unable to receive it, the Company reserves the right to award it to the next valid participant or declare the giveaway void.

Article 4. Conditions of Participation

Any individual who meets the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:

 

•       Reside in Spain.

•       Be over 18 years old at the time of participation.

•       Follow the official @congas.es account on Instagram.

•       Like the post.

•       Comment on the official giveaway post, mentioning at least one person in the comments.

•       Share the giveaway image on their Instagram Stories.

 

Each participant may submit as many comments as they wish. Employees or direct collaborators of Congas Ibérico S.L. may not participate.

Article 5. Duration and Period

The giveaway will be active from 2:00 PM on the day of the official post's publication until 11:59 PM on May 28. The exact dates will be indicated in the giveaway post on Instagram.

Start date: May 22, 2026

End date: May 28, 2026

Winner announcement: May 29, 2026

 

Article 6. Mechanics and Winner Selection

Once the participation period has ended, Congas Ibérico S.L. will verify that each participant meets all the requirements established in Article 4.

The winner will be selected randomly and impartially using a verifiable online giveaway tool (e.g., Comment Picker, SorteoApp, or equivalent).

At the time of the drawing, an alternate will also be selected, who will become the winner if the main winner does not meet the requirements or does not respond within the established period.

Article 7. Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner will be publicly notified through the giveaway post on Instagram (mention in comments or story) and by direct message (DM) from the @congas.es account.

The winner will have 48 hours from the notification to respond and provide their shipping details (full name, postal address, and contact phone number). If they do not respond within this period, the alternate will be contacted.

The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner within a maximum of 15 business days from confirmation. Shipping costs are covered by Congas Ibérico S.L. within the national territory.

Article 8. Giveaway Transparency

To ensure maximum transparency, Congas Ibérico S.L. commits to:

•       Provide, upon request, the name of the tool used for the giveaway and the number of participants.

•       Retain giveaway records (screenshots, videos, and participant data) for 3 months, available for any legal requirement.

Article 9. Exclusions and Fraud

Participants who:

•       Use fake accounts, accounts dedicated to giveaways, and unverifiable personal accounts, bots, or any automated mechanism to participate.

•       Do not meet all the requirements of Article 4.

•       Provide false or incomplete contact information.

•       Have a private account and cannot prove that they shared the post.

 

 

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent practices, without prior notice.

Article 10. Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), personal data provided by participants will be processed by Congas Ibérico S.L. for the sole purpose of managing the giveaway and sending the prize to the winner.

Data will not be transferred to third parties. The winner may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability by writing to social.media@congas.es. Data will be deleted 3 months after the end of the giveaway.

Article 11. Disclaimer

Congas Ibérico S.L. is not responsible for technical failures of Instagram, service outages, or interruptions beyond its control that may affect the development of the giveaway. It will also not be responsible for damages caused by the misuse of the prize by the winner.

Article 12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This giveaway is governed by current Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
